Always test your QR code with multiple devices before printing. Ensure it scans correctly on both iOS and Android devices.

For table tents, use at least 1.5 inch (4cm) QR codes. For posters or distant viewing, increase the size proportionally. A good rule is 1 inch per 10 feet of viewing distance.

QR codes need high contrast to scan reliably. Dark codes on light backgrounds work best. Avoid using similar colors for foreground and background.

If adding a logo, use 'High' error correction level. This allows up to 30% of the code to be obscured while still remaining scannable.

Shorter URLs create simpler QR codes that are easier to scan. Consider using a URL shortener or a clean, short menu URL.
