Kitchen printer or label printer — or both?
Both devices are 80mm thermal cloud printers that connect over Wi-Fi or LAN and print automatically from any RestauNax order channel — no PC or print server, and no lost tickets if the network drops. The difference is what comes out: receipts and kitchen tickets from one, stickers and labels from the other.
Most delivery-heavy and ghost kitchens run both — the kitchen printer for tickets and receipts, the label printer for bags, cups, and the walk-in.

Printers & Labels — Questions, Answered
Both printers hold pending jobs during a network interruption and print them automatically once the connection comes back — tickets and labels queue and catch up, they don't get lost.
Either works for cloud printing. Wi-Fi is simpler to set up; a wired LAN connection is a good option for a printer that's a permanent fixture and you want off Wi-Fi entirely.
The kitchen ticket shows what the kitchen needs to make and fires the moment an order is placed. The receipt is the customer-facing document, printed at the counter or handed over with the order. The same 80mm printer can print either.
Kitchen tickets show the daily Order # — the number that identifies the order for that day's service. The permanent Receipt # is a separate number on the customer's printed receipt. The two are never the same number.
Yes. Alongside order labels for bags and cups, it prints prep and date labels for containers going into the walk-in and allergen labels for anything that needs one.
Both use 80mm thermal paper — the standard width for kitchen tickets, receipts, and labels alike, so you stock one paper size for both printers.
